We will be using the Blood Bowl 2025 rules, and we will be using the most up to date NAF tournament rules.
We will remind folks day of – but we are using the BEAST Booby-trapped goal line kickoff event.
Coaches must be NAF members.
We will need to stay on schedule, and each game needs to be finished in two and a half hours. At the end of two and a half hours, you will be given time to finish your current turn, and the game will end. Please be courteous and do not slow play. If there is an issue with a coach slow playing or stalling to run out time, please speak to the tournament organizer.
You will need to use something (Skill bands, pipe cleaners etc) to clearly mark what additional skills your players have.
You should only be using tournament D6. If either coach wishes to share dice, you must do so.
Coaches are expected to be good sports. This is for fun and charity!
Teams will be given 1,100,000 gold to build their team. The cost of added skills will not count towards this.
Each tier will have a set number of skill points that they can use to add skills to their team.
Primary Skill – 2 Skill points
Primary Elite – 3 Skill points
Secondary Skill – 4 Skill points
Secondary Elite Skill – 5 Skill points
Star players are banned for all teams except for stunty teams. Stunty teams include goblins, halflings, snotlings, gnomes, ogres. Mega Stars are banned for all teams. Stunty teams may take up to two star players, but taking a star player will cost you 8 skill points. Your team must have 11 players before adding a star player.
For inducements you may take any of the inducements listed in the 2025 rulebook except: prayers to Nuffle, biased referees, infamous coaching staff, mercenary players, and wizards.

Unless the NAF puts out some guidelines before our event this is how our tournament will handle these questions.
If the NAF makes an announcement before the event, we will default to how they interpret them.
Agility 1+/Modifying Dice Rolls: Add the following clarification to Modifying Dice Rolls (page 33), at the end of the second paragraph: “If any dice roll is modified below 1, treat the result as 0.”
Pouring rain will not affect the secure ball action.
The new rule book indicates that the use of tokens for prone / stunned models are required, however we will be keeping it "old-school" and laying models down.
Not everyone bought the starter box / has the new tokens, and we would like to avoid a situation where someone didn’t see the prone / stunned token and misplays because of that. That’s going to cause bad feels.
The tournament will use Swiss Pairing.
After each match, coaches will get +20 points for a win, +10 points for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
A coach who forfeits, concedes, rage quits or anything similar to that will l lose 20 points. Please don’t come and be that guy. We are trying to help local charities and have fun.
If you are eligible for multiple awards we will let you pick which one you want, the rest will go to the runner ups.
Players can receive the following awards:
First Place
Second Place
Best Offense
Best Defense
Most Brutal
Best Painted
