Code of Conduct

Raven Forge Games Code of Conduct

All staff, players, spectators, customers, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a way that everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience.  Everyone should abide by the following Code of Conduct while in the store or when representing the store in public.

Anyone can report misconduct. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness misconduct, you should immediately contact a staff member (identified by their black or purple RFG staff shirt). If  necessary, they will contact management, local law enforcement, provide an escort, move customers, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe.

Customers agree to be filmed by security cameras while on the premises. Customers also agree to be photographed for marketing and online materials unless requested not be.  Please notify staff if you do not wish to be photographed.

Raven Forge Games reserves the rights to ask anyone to leave at anytime, without compensation or prizes, and at our discretion prohibit you from future events.  Violators of the Code of Conduct will be provided with verbal warnings initially unless the offense was enough to warrant immediate removal.  If the behavior does not improve with warnings the customer will be barred from participating.  We reserve the right to search any backpacks, bags, or person entering our facility at any time.

By entering Raven Forge Games you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.  We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify our Code of Conduct for any reason at any time.  If you have questions, concerns, or need to report a problem pertaining to our Code of Conduct, please email management at Admin@ravenforgegames.comAny reports are kept confidential and will only be shared with decision-makers.

[1] Harassment includes offensive behavior or comments that involve gender, age, sexual orientation, appearance, race, disability, religion, ethnicity or other forms of identity. It also covers intimidation, aggressive behavior, stalking, disruptive play at tables, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention (sexual or otherwise).
